What if I face fitting issues?
We provide complimentary alteration to resolve fitting issues. For example, if top is tight near the hip area or pant is tight near the thigh area, we will alter to increase size of hip or thigh area, as per the need. No alteration charges.

What if I want to pay using COD?
Our hospital bedsheets are relatively heavy, which leads to higher delivery costs. To keep things affordable, we offer free shipping to all customers. However, in the past, some full COD (Cash on Delivery) orders were declined at the time of delivery. This resulted in the parcels being returned, and we had to bear both forward and return shipping charges—causing significant losses. As we operate on low margins, we’ve had to disable the full COD option. To ensure a smooth and reliable ordering process, we now offer a flexible payment option: Pay just 20% while placing the order, and the remaining 80% as COD upon delivery. Why Embroidery Setup Fee May Apply

We use computerized embroidery machines to ensure precise, professional-quality embroidery. Every logo or text design must first be digitized so the machine can read and stitch it correctly. After digitizing, the machine is set up with the required thread colors, alignment, and stitching instructions. This setup process requires specialized work, time, and skilled effort.


A small Embroidery Setup Fee is applied if your total embroidery charge for the given design is under ₹490 (Text), ₹990 (Logo), or ₹1190 (Logo + Text). This helps us cover the time and effort needed for machine setup.

Why a Small Bag Fee May Apply

Our prices are very competitive, and we keep margins low to offer the best rates. To provide free delivery, we require a minimum total weight of 5 kg in your order. If your cart weight is less than 5 kg, a Small Bag Fee is added to cover packaging and delivery costs.
